The disciples were walking in confusion and sorrow, thinking that everything was lost, but Jesus was already with them. He first explained the Scriptures, preparing their hearts, and only then revealed Himself to them. In our own lives, understanding God’s ways also comes step by step.
As Jesus interpreted the prophecies, their hearts were burning within them. This shows that through God’s Word we can come to know His character and His plan. And when their eyes were opened, fear and sorrow disappeared. Their encounter with the risen Christ brought them hope and confidence.

I love how you yourself seem to so get into the story that it calls the listener to get really mesmerized aswell. You chose a long and hard story to tell, but you succeeded. Would love to see some treasures brought out aswell from the story on the next assignment.
